Our Quality Assurance Editors follow medical transcription industry standards offered by the Association for Healthcare Documentation Integrity (AHDI).  Due to the impact of potential transcription errors on patient care, MedicaLock requires 98% and above as the appropriate accuracy percentage goal. 

INFORMATION ASSURANCE

Each LegaLock transcriber is assigned a company-owned “thin” terminal pre-configured to provide no functionality other than logging into our network and processing encrypted transcription assignments on our secure virtual servers.  This proprietary design, not available by any other transcription company, ensures client data is never at risk of being lost or stolen due to storage on a laptop or other removable storage device.
